RENTAL PRICE - This includes:
a welcome basket of fresh local produce, bed linen and towels,
sudries (tea towels, washing up liquid etc). In Meadow-Sweet
the electric in inclusive. Daisy Cottage and Clover Cottage have
a £1
coin meter for the electric.
DEPOSIT - Provisional bookings
remain firm for one week pending return of booking form and a non-refundable
25% deposit
FINAL PAYMENT - The balance
is due one month prior to the arrival date. Non payment by
the due date will be treated as cancellation.
CANCELLATION - In the event
of cancellation, please advise us immediately. We will make
every effort to re-let the cottage, and if successful will mean a
refund of the rent less the deposit. If we are unable to re-let
all monies will be forfeited.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE -
You are welcome to arrive at your convenience at anytime after 3pm
on the day of arrival. Please vacate the cottage by 10am on
the day of departure.
ADDITIONAL GUEST - The total
number of the party must not exceed that disclosed on the booking
form.
DAMAGE - Any breakages should
be reported, and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial
damage. No rebates will be given for mechanical failure of
any kind and every effort will be made to effect repair.
CONDITION - The cottage
must be left clean and tidy as entered.
PETS - Pets are allowed
in Daisy Cottage and Clover Cottage, but not in Meadow-Sweet. Pets
ared welcome by prior arrangement. Please bring your own pet
basket and do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds. Pets
must not be left unattended in the cottage at any time, and the cottage
Hirer will be liable for any damage caused by pets.
SMOKING - Meadow-Sweet is
totally non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in Daisy Cottage
and Clover Cottage.
LOGS AND COAL - First basket
of logs free, thereafter available at a nominal charge. A fire
guard is provided in each cottage and should be used when the fire
is lit.
RESPONSIBILITY - The use
of the accommodation, the farm, cottage garden and grounds is entirely
at the Hirer's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury,
loss or damage to the Hirer or any member of the Hirer's party
